Water
Ready docks and swim platforms are built with longevity in
mind to give a lifetime of use and satisfaction. Our docks
and platforms are not built for commercial use, but are custom
built for strength and stability for the lake or family pond.
Materials
We
use fully encapsulated (hdpe) foam filled floats that are held
together with .125 aluminum hat channel on 12" or 16" centers.
All fasteners are stainless or aluminum. Our
deck is what makes our docks and swim platforms unique. They
are built with Greeenwood Products XL Panelam. XL Panelam is
a lifetime treated marine plywood laminated with an aggressive
polyethylene tread design for a sure grip in most conditions.
It is stain resistant, waterproof, and gas and oils will not
affect its durability. A thin polyethylene backer is added to
equalize the panel for flatness and serve as a moisture barrier.
